Un angolo ancora più esclusivo ed accogliente è la “Ghiacciaia” di forma circolare, che un tempo veniva utilizzata per la conservazione dei cibi. Ne è stata ricavata una particolarissima cantina nella quale si può cenare circondati da oltre trecento etichette di varie regioni italiane con alcune “incursioni” in territorio francese.

The circular shaped "Ghiacciaia" ("Ice-house"), which was once used to preserve food, has become an even more exclusive and cosy corner. It has been converted into a very special cellar where guests can dine surrounded by over three hundred different wines from various regions of Italy with a few "raids" into French territory.
